Patrick Townsend – Founder & CEO
Patrick Townsend has been in the data security industry for more than 25 years and brings both a deep well of knowledge and a unique perspective to the subject. He speaks regularly on data protection and encryption key management topics. He has produced a series of educational videos available on YouTube, records podcasts on data privacy, and is a regular contributor to the company's blog.
Sandra Hulteen – Accounting / Human Resources
Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, Sandra Hulteen manages the company's finances and human resources. She brings management experience in accounting, budgeting, cash management, and strategic planning. Additionally, she oversees the Human Resources department where she is responsible for compensation and benefits, employee policy, and resource management.
Ms. Hulteen earned her BA from University of Washington in Accounting and later became a Certified Public Accountant. She comes to Townsend Security after several years of managing her own accounting practice.
Robbn Miller – Partner Channel
Joining Townsend Security at the turn of the century, Robbn Miller has been integral to the growth and success of the organization. During her tenure, she has filled key management positions such as Director of Support and was most recently promoted to head the Partner Channel division. In this role, she is responsible for working with associates who would like to form OEM and reseller partnerships with the company.
As the Director of Support, she provided leadership to her division and received top customer satisfaction ratings from an industry independent survey. In her latest role, Ms. Miller combines her Customer Support experience, knowledge of the Townsend Security product line, and passion for data privacy to help partners and ISVs meet compliance
Luke Probasco – Marketing
Joining Townsend Security in 2009, Luke Probasco leads the company’s worldwide marketing initiatives. He brings leadership to the department and experience with both inbound and outbound marketing, advertising, and graphic design. While at Townsend Security he has been involved with re-branding the organization, developing the social media strategy, and growing the marketing department.
Mr. Probasco earned his BA from Central Washington University in Visual Communication. He comes to Townsend Security bringing over 10 years of working with technology.
