If you own Townsend 24x7 support and have a production down issue outside normal business hours (7:30am-5:00pm Pacific Time) please call 800-349-0711 and the on-call person will be notified.
How the Support Process Works
- 1.The support tickets created are automatically emailed to the customer support staff.
- 2.You will receive notification that we have received the ticket.
- 3.We will contact you through the ticket as soon as possible.
